In 2014, Quality Group established an office in Beijing, followed by the launch of a corporate office in Dalian, China back in 2015. Quality Property Developments’ most important project is QN Kition, which is set to be one of tallest and most exclusive piece of luxury real estate in Larnaca. Developed by a strategic alliance between Quality Group and Newman Holdings, QN Kition’s architectural design is derived from the Mediterranean Sea, the origin of life and culture on the Island.
Kition is located in Larnaca town centre at the juncture of Gregori Afxentiou and Athinon Avenues; the actual site of the original and demolished Kition Hotel. It is a residential investment comprising 23 floors. The steel structure will stand 92 metres high in the backdrop of the famous Finikoudes strip.
