Koutsou Developers is property developer in Cyprus. The company originally began its works in 1972 in the now occupied town of Famaqusta, where they first built two 7-story buildings. Unfortunately the turkish invasion forced them to abandon the projects in this area.
In 1976 Koutsou Developers completed a project consisting of 80 tourist apartments in Ayia Napa, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus. Due to the dramatic rise in land development in Famagusta District the company has expanded to Larnaca where they builded more than 15 projects.
From the very beginning high quality and standards were our main aim. We put safety first therefore we build apartments and villas with the same care as if they were our families residences.
Today Koutsou Developers is one of the most reliable developing companies in Larnaca and Famaqusta areas.
